At Exo Grafix, we believe in the power of art to elevate creativity and passion. From a young age, I'd always dreamed of being an artist, though I was often told that the career prospects were limited. Eighteen years ago, leaving college and breaking into the industry seemed daunting, so I never pursued it, but my passion for design and art never wavered. I ended up becoming a web developer, for a short period of time, however, another passion of mine ended up taking over my life and quickly turned from a hobby to a thriving business.

In 2012, I founded Total Cards, a business that allowed me to combine my love for art and trading cards. With my artistic background and creativity, I designed every aspect of the brand’s visual identity, something that I continue to do to this day. 

As we expanded into a larger warehouse for Total Cards, we discovered an opportunity to make use of part of the warehouse which would allow us to start looking at getting the wheels in motion for being able to design and produce custom playmats. During the pandemic, I spent two years refining this idea, test-printing designs, and rediscovering the artistic passion I had long missed while being solely focused on Total Cards.

On March 19th, 2022, Exo Grafix was born, along with our sister company, Exo Grade, however, thats a story for another day.
Today, we have printed and shipped hundreds of playmats to customers both online and in-store at Total Cards. Though we are still early in this exciting journey, every mat we press is a piece of history in the making. Exo Grafix is not just a business, it’s a passion brought to life—where creativity knows no limits.
