a. Processing Time: We aim to have all orders typically processed within 1 day of receiving payment. However, please allow additional time during busy periods ie Christmas and Bank Holidays. 

b. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. This email will include order details and a unique order number.

2. Shipping Methods

a. Carrier: We use DPD for all of our deliveries. However, a different choice of carrier may vary based on your location.

b. Shipping Options: At checkout, you may be presented with various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The cost and estimated delivery time for each option will be displayed.

3. Shipping Rates

a. Rate Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. You can view shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

b. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50. This offer is valid for UK orders only at this time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

a. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 1 day as we dispatch 7 days a week and our courier delivers 7 days a week also. Although, busy periods and exceptions out of our and DPDs control may delay delivery to you. 

b. Express Shipping: Express shipping typically delivers orders within 1 day. Although, busy periods and exceptions out of our and DPDs control may delay delivery to you. 

5. International Shipping

a. Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are charged at the checkout so already taken care of at the point of purchase. 

b. Shipping Restrictions: Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain international destinations. Please review product details for any applicable restrictions.

6. Order Tracking

a. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the provided tracking number on the carrier's website or mobile app.
